Murwa’s integrated systems service includes building, implementation and management of information display, green box or paperless documents, access control, parking lot, CCTV/Video surveillance, public address, evacuation, fire detection, intrusion, lighting and monitoring systems.
In the telecommunications field, they design and install single and multi-mode fibre optic networks as well as supply optic fibre splitters and other related devices. Murwa provides deployment solutions and supplies various steel towers and supporting structures as well as tower accessories such as antenna brackets, platforms, paint, lights, cabling, earthing kits, gantries, ladders and fasteners.
Through their outsourced partnerships, Murwa provides repairs, testing and refurbishment of mobile devices as well as community and public payphones, where their service extends to maintenance of containers and the setting up of infrastructure.
As a company in the energy sector, Murwa’s services extends to the design and installation of renewable energy sources as well as various turnkey projects such as power systems, transformers, generators, prepaid meters, flood lights, energy audits, building management and control systems. Herman Radali – an astute entrepreneur with over 10 years’ experience in starting up and running businesses in the engineering and telecoms sectors. Through his professional career and entrepreneurial journey he gained vast experience in leadership, business intelligence, start-up businesses, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and entrepreneurship development. He holds non-executive directorships in various companies and is a certified director through the Institute of Directors (IoD). He has and still serves on the leadership of significant professional and sector based organizations and is an active member of professional organizations such as BMF, Progress Professionals Forum, Cape Town Innovation Club among others. He was voted the next top Future 100 entrepreneurs in SA by the National Youth Development Agency project in 2008.
Herman’s various qualifications include a Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Advance Diploma in Company Direction at GIMT, Telecommunications, Policy, Regulation and Management course at Wits Plus, Economics with Wits Plus, Finance for non-financial managers at UCT, Diploma in Small Business Coaching and Diploma in Personal Performance and currently busy with his Masters Coach with Coaching Academy in the UK.
Ramaru Matumba’s 10 year track record includes various senior positions in the ICT industry, including the solar and renewable energy, security systems and real estate industries. He has a Masters in Business Leadership from ___ , BTech Pharmaceutical Science degree as well as a Bachelor of Science in physiology from ___.
